Fondue Dipping Sauce
for Beef Fondue
You will need at least one fondue dipping sauce if you make beef fondue, and ideally, you should have a variety so that all your guests can find one that they really like.
Here are a few dip recipes that I recommend for you and your guests.
Creamy Poppy Seed Dip
| 100 g | (3.5 oz) | Cream cheese |
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Cream, 10% |
| 30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Poppy seed |
| 15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Vodka |
| 5 ml | (1 tsp) | Lime juice |
1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave.
2.Mix all ingredients.
3. Serve warm.
Creamy Mustard Dip
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Butter |
| 45 ml | (3 tbsp) | Dijon mustard |
| 65 ml | (5 tbsp) | Worcestershire sauce |
1. In a pan, combine and heat all ingredients until the butter melts.
2.Mix well.
3.Serve hot.
Horseradish Dip
| 300 ml | (1 1/4 cup) | Sour cream |
| 20 ml | (4 tsp) | Prepared horseradish |
| 30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Lemon juice |
| 15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 ml | (1/4 tsp) | Cayenne pepper |
| Salt and pepper |
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
4. Serve.
Creamy Wasabi Dip
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Sour cream |
| 15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Green onions, thinly chopped |
| 10 ml | (2 tsp) | Prepared wasabi |
| Salt and pepper |
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
4. Serve.
