Bittersweet Chocolate Fondue

This bittersweet chocolate fondue is perfect for all chocolate and rum lovers. You can use it as a fondue sauce over ice cream or fruit, or enjoy it "fondue cooking style" by dipping bite-sized pieces of fruit or dessert into it. I recommend the following dippers:


Coconut Macaroons
Strawberries
Mango Slices
Kiwi Slices
Pineapple Chunks
Cashews
Angel Cake

Here is the list of ingredients for this easy chocolate fondue recipe.

8 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
2/3 cup 35% Cream
2 tbsp Spiced Rum

1. In a small double-boiler, melt the chocolate with the cream. Keep stirring and do not let it boil.

2. Add rum to taste.

3. Transfer this delicious dessert fondue recipe into your fondue pot and light the candle.

4. Put pieces of fruit onto fondue forks and dip away!

...but mine were fantastic! I just used Nestle bittersweet chips, heavy whipping cream, and Kraken spiced rum, and it came out fantastic. Everyone loved it!
