Fun with Fondue, Issue #59 – Healthy Fondue
January 19, 2019

I hope 2019 is off to a great start for you!

If you are like me, you start each new year with the goal of eating healthier. Sometimes it seems difficult to find good food that is also healthy.

Fondue can help to support your healthy diet (and is quite delicious!) by adding variety and flavor to the healthy diet staple: vegetables.

Monthly Recipe Recommendation

Vegetables are the center of a healthy diet but can easily become boring. (I will scream if I see one more salad!) This recipe for shabu shabu vegetable broth fondue is a perfect way to take those blah veggies to fabulous. The recipe serves 4-6 people.

You can get this recipe here:

The best part about this vegetable fondue is that you can indulge (or overindulge if you’re like me) and have zero guilt.
