Swiss Mushroom Fondue

This is a great recipe that can be made quickly and you can always have the ingredients on hand. Great for a party! Everyone loves it.


2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 pound swiss cheese - grated
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 small can mushroom pieces

Mix all ingredients together and cook on low until all the cheese is melted. This can also be done in the microwave, just stir every 30 to 45 seconds until completely melted. Serve warm with pieces of crusty bread. You can keep this warm for longer in a crock pot if you dont have a fondue pot!
