Milk Chocolate Fondue

Milk chocolate fondue is a great tasting dessert for romantic occasions, anniversaries, valentine's day or even regular Wednesday nights.

You can quickly learn how to make chocolate fondue using the two easy chocolate fondue recipes shown below.

If you don't want to bother following a milk chocolate fondue recipe, you can purchase chocolate for fondue that is ready to melt and enjoy.

These pre-made mixes contain just enough of each ingredient for the perfect chocolate fondue consistency.

Aero Chocolate Fondue

150 ml(2/3 cup)Evaporated Milk
6 Regular-Sized Aero Chocolate Bars
Assortment of dippers


1. In a small pot over medium heat, heat the evaporated milk while stirring.

2. Break the chocolate bars into pieces and add them to the warm evaporated milk.

3. Keep stirring until all chocolate pieces have melted and the mix is smooth.

4. Transfer your chocolate for fondue into your fondue pot.

5. Light the candle underneath the pot to keep it warm.

6. Dip bite size pieces of various dippers.

7. Enjoy and repeat but no double-dipping! Once it has touched your mouth, you can't put it back in the pot!




Milk Chocolate Chip Fondue

150 ml(2/3 cup)Very Light Cream (Half and Half)
500 ml(2 cups)Milk Chocolate Chips
30 ml(2 tbs)Liqueur (Brandy or Orange Flavored Liqueurs)
Assortment of dippers


1. In a double-boiler over medium heat, heat the half and half and chocolate chips while stirring.

2. Keep stirring until all chocolate chips have melted and the mix is smooth.

3. Remove the fondue mix from the heat source and add the liqueur of your choice.

4. Transfer the mix into your fondue pot.

5. Light the candle underneath the pot to keep it warm.

6. Dip bite size pieces of various dippers.

7. Enjoy and repeat!

Note: If the fondue gets too thick, simply add a little more liqueur or half and half and mix.

You can dip pretty much anything you want in any of these two easy chocolate fondue recipes. Try some of these dippers:
  • Apple slices
  • Pineapple chunk
  • Orange slices
  • Banana slices
  • Peach slices
  • Vanilla wafers
  • Timbits or pieces of donuts
  • Pound cake pieces
  • Watermelon pieces
  • Assorted nuts
You can also pour these hot chocolate sauces over vanilla ice cream.
