Fondue Sauce Recipe for Lamb Recipe
Finding the perfect fondue sauce recipe for your upcoming lamb fondue isn't always the easiest thing to do. Here are a few easy dip recipes that I recommend.
Garlic Cucumber Sauce 125 ml (1/2 cup) Plain yogurt 125 ml (1/2 cup) Sour cream 125 ml (1/2 cup) Mayonnaise 125 ml (1/2 cup) Cucumber, thinly chopped 15 ml (1 tbs) Green onions, thinly chopped 15 ml (1 tbs) Garlic, crushed 5 ml (1 tsp) Parsley, thinly chopped 5 ml (1 tsp) Sugar Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Keep refrigerated if prepared in advance. 4. Serve.
Mint Dip 250 ml (1 cup) Plain yogurt 60 ml (4 tbs) Green onions, chopped 60 ml (4 tbs) Fresh mint, finely chopped 10 ml (2 tsp) Fresh ginger, finely chopped 1 ml (1/4 tsp) Garlic powder Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Let chill for a few hours and keep refrigerated if prepared ahead of time. 4. Serve.
Sour Cream Dip 250 ml (1 cup) Sour Cream 30 ml (2 tbs) Onions, finely chopped 15 ml (1 tbs) Dill, chopped Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Serve.
Chutney Dip 125 ml (1/2 cup) Plain yogurt 60 ml (4 tbs) Prepared mango chutney
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Keep refrigerated if prepared ahead of time. 3. Serve.
