Healthy Fondue Recipe Sauce
Try to include a healthy fondue recipe sauce in your next dinner party. It will certainly shave off a few unwanted calories.
Mango Tomato Salsa 1 Medium tomato, diced 1/2 Mango, diced 15 ml (1 tbs) Onion, diced 20 ml (4 tsp) Lime juice 15 ml (1 tbs) Extra virgin olive oil 5 ml (1 tsp) Chives, chopped 5 ml (1 tsp) Cilantro, chopped Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Serve.
Dill Dip 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) Low fat sour cream 3 Shallots, finely chopped 30 ml (2 tbs) Fresh dill, finely chopped 15 ml (1 tbs) Lemon juice Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Keep refrigerated until it is served. 4. Serve cold.
Oriental Dip 30 ml (2 tbs) Sesame oil 30 ml (2 tbs) Low salt soy sauce 20 ml (4 tsp) Lemon juice 1 Garlic clove, crushed 15 ml (1 tbs) Dried chili peppers Salt and pepper
1. Mix together. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Serve.
Soy Ginger Dip 125 ml (1/2 cup) Low salt soy sauce 30 ml (2 tbs) Fresh ginger, grated 30 ml (2 tbs) Dry sherry 20 ml (4 tsp) Splenda 10 ml (2 tsp) Garlic, minced
1. Mix together. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Serve.
