Fondue Dip Recipes
for Broth Fondue
Broth fondues are becoming more and more popular. Try one of the these delicious fondue dip recipes to accompany your next broth fondue.
Creamy Cognac Sauce
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Cream, 35% |
| 45 ml | (3 tbsp) | Ketchup (tomato sauce) |
| 15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Cognac |
| 2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Tabasco sauce |
| Salt and pepper |
1. Whisk cream until it reaches a thicker consistency.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
4. Serve.
Thousand Island Dip
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Mayonnaise |
| 45 ml | (3 tbsp) | Ketchup (tomato sauce) |
| 1 | Hard-boiled egg, mashed | |
| 5 ml | (1 tsp) | Chili peppers |
| 15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Gherkin, thinly chopped |
| Salt and pepper |
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Keep refrigerated until it is served.
4. Serve.
Tomato Relish Dip
| 250 ml | (1 cup) | Prepared chili sauce |
| 60 ml | (4 tbsp) | Mayonnaise |
| 60 ml | (4 tbsp) | Prepared pickle relish |
| 5 ml | (1 tsp) | Tabasco sauce |
| Salt and pepper |
1. Mix together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
4. Serve.
Sesame Dip
| 80 ml | (1/3 cup) | Soy sauce |
| 30 ml | (2 tbsp) | White sesame seeds |
| 30 ml | (2 tbsp) | Green onion, chopped |
| 15 ml | (1 tbsp) | Cider vinegar |
| 10 ml | (2 tsp) | Ginger, grated |
| 5 ml | (1 tsp) | Water |
1. Brown sesame seeds in a pan.
2. In a food processor, chop the browned sesame seeds.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients in the food processor.
4. Serve.
