Fondue Dip Recipe

| 60 ml | (4 tbs) | Dry white wine |
| 60 ml | (4 tbs) | Tarragon vinegar |
| 5 ml | (1 tsp) | Green onions, finely chopped |
| 5 ml | (1 tsp) | Parsley, finely chopped |
| 1 ml | (1/4 tsp) | Thyme |
| 1 ml | (1/4 tsp) | Tarragon |
| 3 | Egg yolks | |
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Butter |
| Salt and pepper |
1. In a pot, mix the wine, vinegar, green onions, parsley, thyme and tarragon.
2. Bring to a boil and let boil until reduced by half.
3. Strain the liquid.
4. Let cool.
5. Gradually whisk in the egg yolks and butter.
6. Whisk until desired consistency.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
8. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
9. Serve.
| 250 ml | (1 cup) | Honey |
| 125 ml | (1/2 cup) | Dijon mustard |

1. Mix the ingredients and let chill for a day if possible.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve at room temperature.
| 375 ml | (1 1/2 cup) | Mayonnaise |
| 20 ml | (1 1/2 tbs) | Lemon juice |
| 15 ml | (1 tbs) | Garlic, crushed |
| 2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Tabasco sauce |
| Salt and pepper |
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
4. Serve.
| 115 g | (4 oz) | Butter |
| 15 ml | (1 tbs) | Lemon juice |
| 15 ml | (1 tbs) | Water |
| 2 ml | (1/2 tsp) | Salt |
| 2 | Egg yolks | |
| Salt and pepper |
1. In the microwave, melt the butter.
2. Mix the other ingredients in a blender.
3. Add butter to the blender.
4. If prepared ahead of time, keep refrigerated.
5. Serve.
