Monthly Recipe Recommendation

A cheese fondue evening is a wonderful way to relax, sip a glass of wine (or two...) and catch up with friends. The following recipe has a festive flair with dried cranberry and it won't disappoint!

Festive cheese fondue

Serve it with French baguette, sliced apples, cooked meats like pepperoni or ham (in bite-sized pieces) and steamed broccoli.

For drinks, a dry Chardonnay pairs nicely with it, but you can also serve beer or your favourite cocktails.
